  • Prime Process Solutions Shipping Policy

    This Shipping Policy outlines the processes and responsibilities related to the delivery of products ordered from Prime Process Solutions (Flowsia Process Equipments). By placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms outlined below, which work in conjunction with our General Terms & Conditions, Order & Payments, and Return & Refund policies.


    1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

    • Order Confirmation: All orders are processed after the successful receipt of the 20% booking amount as outlined in our "Orders & Payments" terms. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order and payment are confirmed.

    • Production & Handling Time: Please note that many of our products are manufactured or assembled upon order. The standard handling time for order processing and manufacturing is 15 to 30 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the product complexity and customization.

    • Domestic Delivery (Within India): After dispatch, the standard delivery timeline for domestic orders is 7 to 14 working days. Delivery is facilitated through our partnered logistics providers.

    • International Delivery: After dispatch, the standard delivery timeline for international orders is 15 to 25 working days. This timeframe can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs clearance processes.

    • Important Note on Estimates: As stated in our "Delivery & Installation" clause, all delivery timelines provided are estimates only. They are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, logistical constraints, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will provide a tracking number upon dispatch and strive to communicate any significant delays proactively.


    • 2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

    • We primarily ship within [India / specify country or region]. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

    • Shipping methods and carriers (e.g., [List potential carriers like DTDC, FedEx, Blue Dart, local freight services]) are selected at the discretion of Prime Process Solutions based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

    • For large, heavy, or high-value process equipment, we may use specialized freight services. Specific delivery requirements will be communicated prior to shipment.

    3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery destination.

    • These charges will be clearly displayed and added to your invoice prior to the payment of the final 80% balance.

    • As stated in our "Return & Refund Policy," shipping costs are non-refundable.

    4. Delivery & Receipt of Goods

    • Delivery Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address change requests after an order has shipped may incur additional fees.

    • Customer Responsibility upon Delivery:

      • It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the shipment or to make appropriate arrangements with the carrier.

      • As per our "Delivery & Installation" terms, customers must inspect the packaging and goods immediately upon delivery.

      • If there is any visible damage to the packaging or the product, you must note it on the delivery receipt (POD) before signing and report it to us with photos within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility for a warranty claim or return.

    5. Risk of Loss

    • Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, Prime Process Solutions is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

    6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

    • For orders shipped internationally, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the customer upon arrival of the shipment. Delays in customs clearance are not considered a breach of our delivery estimates.
